Welcome to CareerHub. My name is Michelle Flynn. I hold an MA in Career Guidance, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and both a BA (Hons) and an MA in Public Relations. Over the past 16 years, I have worked in the educational and public relations sectors, gaining experience and knowledge about the needs and requirements of students and their parents.
I am a registered member of the Institute of Guidance Counsellors (IGC) and am trained in psychometric testing. This training allows me to assess and evaluate an individual's skills, strengths, and interests to provide advice and guidance on career choices.
I understand that career development is not a straightforward process and that each individual has unique needs and aspirations. In addition to my own expertise, I incorporate the knowledge and experience of mentors from various sectors such as education, business, health, and finance.
