A qualified teacher since 2007, Michelle Flynn brings a rare depth of understanding to career guidance – she knows the education system, the courses, and the routes from the inside. Since qualifying as a Career Guidance Counsellor, she has worked exclusively in private practice, guiding 1,000+ students and professionals to a clear plan. These are not decisions to be made quickly, in a crowded schedule, or with a distracted mind. School career guidance is a valuable service but it operates under significant constraints — large student numbers, limited time, and broad brush recommendations. When you pay for private guidance with Michelle, you get a full one-to-one session built entirely around your child, their interests, their personality and their options. You leave with specific answers, a clear direction and a personalised written report. There is no comparison.
CareerHub is Michelle’s full-time profession — not a sideline. Career guidance involves life-changing decisions. They deserve full focus, proper preparation, and the right headspace — not a rushed evening slot at the end of a long day. Students are tired after school. Adults are tired after work. An evening appointment, however well-intentioned, is rarely the right environment for decisions this important. Morning and daytime sessions are the standard at CareerHub, and clients consistently find it time well spent. Evening slots exist but availability is extremely limited.

At certain times of year – particularly around CAO deadlines and subject choice periods – demand is significantly higher and lead times are longer.
